What we collect

• Newsletter signups: your email address, stored with our email provider so we can send you updates. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.
• Contact form submissions: your name, email address, and message, used only to respond to your enquiry.
• Artist accounts:if you're an artist with a KM12 Collective Studio account, we store your email, profile details, and content you upload to manage your public profile.
• Essential cookies:used only to keep you signed in to the Artist Studio dashboard. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.

Why we process it

Newsletter emails are processed with your consent, given when you sign up. Contact form and artist account data are processed to respond to you and to run the site, which are our legitimate interests as a small collective.

Who we share it with

We use third-party service providers to run this site: Supabase (database, file storage, and account logins), Vercel (hosting), MailerLite (newsletter), and Resend (contact form emails). These providers process data on our behalf under their own data processing agreements.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@km12.nl. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Retention

We keep contact form messages only as long as needed to handle your enquiry. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Artist account data is kept for as long as the account is active with KM12 Collective.
